I'd keep them just in case this "Sarah" chooses to make contact and they aren't who they say they are, they are actually harassing you. You can use them as evidence for the police to get involved if they have to.

A friend has suggested going to the police. Like it stopped for couple weeks then started also now it has found its way out of my spam folder

I'm 99% sure that it's a spam thing.  I have gotten one or two of them from Sarah, and some from a Jessica, with similar lines in them.

I don't remember, I just block and defeat them.  That's what I would do is just block it.

Google it on your email provider. For all I know it could be a bot. It's becoming an epidemic on social media, usually targeted towards anyone on anything, including media, photos, emails, even gaming.

I got a bajillion of those two, it's spam bot. Not a person.  So don't stress. just block it or something.

This is why location "services" on your phone aren't such a nice thing. People collect your email and location and can personalize spam to seem more authentic by describing things that will be familiar to people from that area.

I get random email like that, I just block them, as for how they got your info, they probably brought a list from somewhere

A few artists have complained about something similar to what you're describing, except it was a little bit different it was somebody greeting from China. It's just a spam bot, I can't say for sure but I have reason to believe that the are are targeting people with a FurAffinity account  in particular.
