A few people know that I am a sports fan, I love it and try to watch what I can online. Well, I came across a YouTube video of the best fake punts in the NFL. Watching as teams line-up to punt the ball away, but faking it to keep the ball themselves and keep their drive going.
One of the plays was from a game back sometime in the 80s or 90s. The team had a player on the punt team with the last name of 'Reasons'. The play started with the ball being snapped to Reasons instead of the punter. Reasons ran and got the first down.
And now for those of you know about my bad puns...this is for you. :P
I could imagine that night on the local TV news, when that fake punt comes up. Someone will ask, "Why do you think they decided to run the fake punt there?" "Well they had their 'Reasons'."
*Runs and hides in a blanket burrito* Can't hurt me. :P
