Just stopped by on my way to bed. If I knew you wanted to chat I would have stayed around while you were streaming. A glass of wine, or a beer, or even a shot is nice to relax. But drinking alone, just makes one feel more alone. At least from my experience. Been a bit of time since I stopped drinking, over time the urge will go away. Try replacing your drink with a hard candy. Booze is a strong sugar that tells you body take me before any other sugar. Also, visit doc for a sugar test. I found out my low blood sugar was helping me to have a reason to get more drink inside of me.
