Late to the Party

I bought Pokémon Sun today c: I haven't really finished/enjoyed Pokémon games since Heartgold/Soulsilver, but I heard this version was pretty good!

I'd have likely gotten it a long time ago, but I bought my first American 3DS yesterday...

just so you know, Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon are coming out in a few days... will you get Ultra Moon, too?

Probably! I heard that the Ultra versions are direct sequels (rather than the Platinum to our Silfer/Gold), so I didn't aee any harm in picking up the existing game.

Ooo... I haven't played it recently, since so many excellent games have come out in the last month. Yesterday was devoted to Metroid, regardless!

I still have to catch up on Splatoon2 and Mario+Rabbids, but at least do the dailies, they'll keep you fresh

Unfortunately they went back to the "director's cut" approach for Ultra SuMo.

I didn't much care for the final form of Litten.. but mostly because I got a female one and... that looks weird. Like if you have a male clown seal. But, yeah, sun/moon was really relaxed compared to the other pokemon games and had nice atmosphere.

I'll have to look at the final forms, then. I usually go for Grass starters, but Litten was the most appealing character design for me in this one.

Besides, I've got time before I finish Metroid :D
