Odds, Ends, and Things

1. I've heard a lot of people complain about Sonic Underground, like it's the worst piece of Sonic spin-off media to ever exist, but is it really that bad? I remember it quite fondly, and reading over the wiki for it, the general consensus was that it "had some catchy tunes, but might be too complex to kids". Even ignoring the cringe of Jaleel White doing the voices for all of Sonic's family (which shouldn't be a surprise, since he portrayed Steve Urkel's extended family in "Family Matters"), is it really that bad? People seem to like Sleet and Dingo (especially Dingo, as far as porn goes), it had Knuckles in it, and it was popular enough to be visited once (and almost revisited for a proper finale) in the Archie Sonic comics. So, is the hate against it truly deserved?

1a. Same thing, in reverse, goes to Sonic SatAM; I mean, we all fondly remember the Freedom Fighters, Snivley, the Swatbots, and to an extent the Wolf Pack, but do anyone remember Ari, the underground Mobian city that stole the magic rock from the Lake of Rings to power their home, etc.? Yeah, the show ended up becoming the basis for the Archie Comics, but seems like, for the most part, more people remember that instead of the show, proper.

2. My boyfriend Jaguarmaster Jaguarmaster was recently diagnosed with diabetes, though which version we don't know yet (the doc is leaning toward type 2, like his dad does, instead of type 1, like my dad had). He doesn't like it, and I can't blame him, but I hope we can help get him through this. Incidentally, it makes me concerned about my own health, and whether I have it, or not. Maybe it's time to go back to see my doc and find out.

3. I am sad, because one of the decks I've built virtually NO ONE cares about. It's a Gemini-based Yugioh deck called Chemicritters, and it looks rather cool, but no one gives a fuck about it, at all; I can't even get any help on Pojo about it, it's that forgotten about. There's love for all sorts of obscure decks and archetypes, so why not this one? It doesn't seem fair...
