Spent yesterday, and will be spending today working through all the house chores I've been neglecting! Not the most thrilling, but it needs to be done! There's always a lot to do after Telain has a long weekend from work, because I never get anything done during those, but I gotta do all the house upkeep too- don't want the brand new house to get trashy! XD Hopefully I'll be back at the art by Friday.
Gotten myself re-obsessed with No Man's Sky. I've owned it since launch, and despite it's many, many problems, had liked it enough to play it for 27 hours. The luster did finally wear off though, and the game's negatives far outweighed the positives eventually! But now there's a few updates out, and after seeing several gaming articles saying the game was finally good enough to return too, I fired it back up.
Boy, what an improvement! There's quests to do to earn money and rare items, everything is just a hair more involved, it's a bit more interactive, all around, much better. There's still a LOT of problems, mind you- I didn't buy into the hype, but there's a lot of design issues I took issue with in general. At the very least, there were a lot of small cosmetic changes they could make that would vastly improve it with little effort, but whatever. But anyway, if you have the game and liked it well enough that you too were waiting on some updates to get back into it, you might give it another shot! I've put over 40 hours into it since the updates...>>....
Also picked up Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle for the Switch, and OMG is it good! Like, REALLY GOOD you guys. I've never liked the Rabbids, enough that I'd never even played a game with them in it. And I'll admit, I was one of those people who was rather insulted when the first leaks came out that Mario was going to be combined with the fuzzy atrocities. But after seeing the actual gameplay previews I knew I'd have to get it, and I haven't been disappointed! Ubisoft did an excellent job; hell even the cut scenes are just stunning. I may even *gasp* like the Rabbids a little.... Really excellent game, definitely worth picking up if you have a Switch!
hey i got the special edition of Mario rabids but the dlc requires a uplay account which i don't give a flying fudge about so if you want it you can have it may or may not work because my copy is pal but i'll never use it so i might as well give it away
