Korean food

A Buddy recently introduced me to Korean barbecue and it was so great that I now have an interest in Korean food

So now I'm looking for ideas on what Korean dishes to try next

Any ideas?

I've never tried Korean food.

I have always liked Indian and Cajun.

Same here until last week, I've always liked Japanese and Chinese food, but the BBQ I had was very good

I have been on a bibimbap phase for a while now. The traditional form is very complicated and time consuming but I make a quick and easy vegan version in the microwave. You need rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, red chili paste, chopped veges and a  raw egg. Put the rice in a microwave safe bowl. Splash on a liberal amount of soy sauce and sesame oil. Add a good dollop of chili paste in the middle and arrange different veges on top. I like to use scallions, grated carrots and peas. Grated zucchini is another good choice. Cover and nuke at high for about 3 minutes. Put the egg on top and nuke for another minute. Before eating you need to stir everything together and allow the egg to finish cooking. It's very yummy. Like I said, I make mine vegan but you can add thinly sliced pork or maybe even chicken. If I was going to go that route I might think about adding shrimp or fish.
