loneliness sucks as do vent journals

eh, dunno what to do lately, just feeling really empty and useless.

trying to get enough confidence to write a little, but just, eh, dunno, stupid lonely blues are really crushing me lately. just getting sick of writing these, but not much seems to help

meh, sorry to grumble yet again.

Trick for feeling useless: follow the Boy Scout slogan: "Do a good turn daily." Find somebody you can help and help them.

*hugs* and yeah, Do a good turn daily works for me, apdamien is right. It makes me go "look I made their day better, and that in turn makes me feel a little better"

It can be as simple as letting somebody into traffic when you have the right of way. You feel good, he/she feels good, win-win.

Sorry to hear that. I know how that feels, it can be frustrating when you try to create a little back and forth and it never seems to be reciprocated. I personally just stop starting conversations with said people when they don't seem interesed in chatting with me. End up never hearing from them again and seeing their true colors.
