All of my characters were originally related yes (mostly switching between siblings to distant relatives ect), but I've since changed that a long time ago, and they now have their own world and story ect. I just haven't updated their refs yet to show the new changes. (which they'll mostly stay the same, just slight visual changes and a new last name)
I may bring that back though as an alt canon or something, cause Tails is honestly my favorite character of that entire franchise. We'll see I guess. =3
