Watches

Sooo how many of you like to wear watches?
Or maybe collect them and having up to 999999 pieces? xD
What type is your favorite- analog, digital, combined or maybe only mechanical? Is water resistant important for you, or maybe some other features?

Oh and also what type of band you'd prefer?

Before cell phones became affordable (cell phones have a time read out) I use to carry around a pocket watch. The problem I had with wrist watches was that when I would be building something, a tool, a machine or a piece of material would get caught in the band and tear the watch off my wrist....Sometimes when walking through the woods a tree branch would snatch a watch band and do the same thing as I walk away from the tree. There were times that animals I had would bite onto a watch band out of play and break it. So it was a pocket watch I would always use.

I do like analog better than digital.
Shock proof would be an important feature to me in case it gets dropped, or something falls on it. Or if I am wearing the watch when I am using a hammer drill or a power chissel or a vibrator sander, or a fence post ram, or some other tool that vibrates a lot.

I sort-of like wearing watches, but haven't for some time :p

I prefer digital, and like at least some digital element to them, but I can do combined as well.
Water resistance is a must... never want to take off my watch just because it's a little wet xD But I also don't need 100 meter resistance because this bear does not swim well anyways >.>

No preference for band, as long as it doesn't pinch my skin or something
