The Cabin is back on Smashwords. I had it published there at one point but realized it was in violation of my Amazon account to have it there so I took it down. Amazon now allows me to publish elsewhere so now it's back.
This one is different than Amazon in that it's name your own price. So you can get it for free, or pay as much or little as you feel is fair. Sure, I know it's free on IB, but it's another option for folks who don't care for Amazon.
