I finally ... kind of ... organized it. https://inkbunny.net/journalview.php?id=13340 It got long, I overestimated both the amount of commissions I would need and my speed, but I've taken a more realistic view by assuming all commissions will take at least 4-5 hours, and at least one full night of straight work.
2012 slots are (I believe ) already in the process of being delivered, paid for, and I have about 5-6 existing sketch WIPs.
