What a day! 12 hours and 1000 members.

So I turned off the private Beta site password protection, and Inkbunny faced the Internet live for the first time ever. 5 minutes later.. WHAM. Signup flood. And it hasn't stopped.

That was a busy day! By the time most of you read this journal we'll have over 1000 members. We started with 140 just 12 hours ago. But I need my beauty sleep. I can't sit here glued to the PC all night! Even if I want to..

Thankfully our moderators are a very capable bunch, and they keep me from dieing of worry. It's like I have a new baby and I don't want to let it out of my sight!

I must say, you guys have been awesome. I was worried we'd be totally run off our feet dealing with stuff. But so far it's been a pleasure, and your words of encouragement make it all the more worthwhile!

It's awesome Starling, really got a growth spurt there. :)
Just need to kick off some of those sign-ups already because I've got pms from people whom are spreading hate propaganda. I'm sure the mods are working on that as we speak.

Personally, I don't care. There is a reason for the keyword block and I plan to use it eventually, but for now I suppose I'll leave my slate clean to see exactly what type of people are going to migrate here. And... in theory, we should soon see every fetish and every flavour flooding in.

But that's okay seeing as sex sells and fetish art is always in high demand. I bet there will be a number of artists that start to cater to certain masses for the money they could pull in doing so.

Woo! Glad it was a good launch. =3 Now here's hoping people are willing to put down a few bucks to support artists here (and therefore Inkbunny itself). ^_^

I have a minor issue, but it is not with the site itself but rather the people who can't seem to read directions. I'm going through the laundry list of new artists and time and time again I see people who've posted FA or DA contact info... as a full or partial URL. The profile change page clearly says you're supposed to use the account name and not the full URL, because for those sites and others, Inkbunny automatically forms the URL for your user page.

Which means if you put the whole URL in, you're practically guaranteed a 404 error when I click and it tries to point me to https://www.furaffinity.net/user/furaffinity.net/user/w....

(Doubly so when you misspell the user name--YES, I'VE SEEN THAT TOO!) -_-

Bug report! After testing the bulk upload worked for me by uploading a small ZIP file of four text stories, I zipped up all the art I wanted to post--a few made by me, a mountain of commissioned/requested/gifted art for me, and a couple alterations made with the full permission of the original artist (since those last are a grey area as far as the upload policy goes, I'll understand if you want me to take them off).

This file was meant to be a sort of stress test of the bulk upload process, as I imagine yesterday was a stress test of the user account creation procedure. ;) The file was 15.8MB zipped up, and contained 92 files--barely shy of the limit of 96 imposed by my earlier upload of four files at once, but well clear of the 200MB file size limit.

Issue #1: When the upload completed, instead of redirecting to the finish page, it loaded a blank page.

Issue #2: Only the first 24 images loaded into my gallery--not even the first 24 alphabetically, it might've been just how they were listed internally in the ZIP file.

I'm holding off on any updates to the stories or images, or any reupload attempts, so that if you have any way of investigating the reasons for the bugs, you'll have "fresh" data. If you need me to send the ZIP file to verify anything, I hope your email can handle a file of that size. Please let me know any updates you have on this issue.
