So in case you haven't heard, my Cintiq 15x is officially dead. The screen burnt out, and while Shadow did his best to fix it so it act like an off-screen tablet, the truth is the proportions and slowness makes the tablet feel like I'm drawing with my left hand. So until I can get something to replace it, I am going back to old school pen n paper traditional art.
The time out from art has, in general given me room to re-evaluate my life and re prioritize what's important.
I am, by no means giving up Sonic, or my Sonic projects. However, I promised Shadow that I would not let my subpar artwork rule my life. The reality is that my attempts to make it a career have failed miserably, so now I'm having to basically start my life over again at the age of 32 (well, partially, I'm still in Sonic, and I'm still married).
I'll try to post art stuff on my downtime, but for now, life has ripped me from the Imaginarium for now.
BTW I have a job interview on Thursday. Please wish me luck. I need it.
UPDATE: I got the job, thanks to all who wished me luck and was asking. I'm going in as Logistics Flow for Target. That's fancy speak for stocking.
