Recently, my confidence with art has been fluctuating a lot, and overall, I feel it has been on a steady decline. I think that this has interfered with my actual artistic ability, and that it's harder for me to fulfill my potential. Because of this, commissions typically stress me out quite a bit (not all the time though, it really depends on what's being commissioned), and it feels pretty bad when I have to decline a commission simply because I don't feel I have the ability to do it.
There's a lot of things I need more practice in, and taking all this into account, I thought the most sensible thing to do is close commissions for the time being.
However, I do hope to still do occasional YCHs. They are far less stressful since you know more or less what you're getting into.
I would also like to start doing art streams (if people are interested in those?). Can't say I know for sure, but seems like they would help keep me focused when drawing. Just need to stop being lazy and make a Picarto account :v
That's all for now, thanks for reading!
