The warrior squirrels of the Sahara

by
There are many dangers on the desert, but none more dangerous than the warrior squirrels of the Sahara! So feared they are, even the desert-born Arabs that crisscross the sandy dunes keep a wary eye for the tiny scoundrels and the fiery sting of their steel! So feared, that the men keep their women and children huddled in tents, hoping the hated rodents don't rape and pillage the caravan, but alas, all for naught, as the frightful menace scream their blood-curdling shrieks, waving their blades high in the air-- or as high as a squirrel can hold them-- wearing nothing but brightly-coloured and frilly panties, as they wreak havoc on hapless travellers. From the shores of the Nile to the beachheads of Casablanca, mentioning the desert squirrels bring much fear to the air....

Oh, and h'lo, Inkbunny... You have a Quozl on board, so... ;)

But they're cute that way, in their brightly-coloured frilly panties! ;)

'Ware the reckless brushtails, wielding their wrathful weapons high!  They're like the Viking berserkir of the desert. :p

Do they wear veils to keep the blowing sands out of their eyes?  I suspect few things would strike terror into the hearts of desert nomads than faceless hordes of near-naked squirrels waving deadly pointy objects.

Also, kudos for just calling the desert the Sahara. :D Considering that "Sahara" is Arabic for "desert, you can guess what "Sahara desert" is. :p

Exactly!  Just like "Gobi Desert" (Mongolian) or "Lake Nyanza" (Bantu). :p
