IB has an FA importer and a bulk uploader that could help out a ton if you're moving over a ton of stuff! I think sending in a ticket should help you get started.

It (or a bulk upload) just imports them as unpublished submissions. Watchers are notified when you publish them, just as if you'd uploaded it the usual way.
