The Four Horsemen of the GOP

Michelle Bachmann: An upgrade from Sarah Palin like kidneystones is an upgrade from testicular torsion. An idiot who can't get the most basic facts right from Elvis's birthday to flu vaccinations. Believes flu shots are linked to mental retardation and that the Census is what caused the Japanese internment in WWII.

Rick Perry: An anti-intellectual fuckhead who is barely qualified as sentient. Very anti-government. He has campaigned on getting rid of public education, maybe because it didn't work so well for him and it shows when he makes gaffes so big you can pilot the Fifth Fleet side by side through them.

Herman Cain: On the plus side, he can formulate a sentence without shooting himself in the foot like the former two. However, he has played the reverse racism card when it was convenient for him, going on multiple accounts claiming racism was no longer a factor in the US and that black people were brainwashed drones (except him, but he might be projecting). His 999 plan is extremely regressive and would raise taxes on low and middle income families while cutting taxes from the rich and throwing capital gains tax rules in the dumpster.

Newt Gingrich: He was a minor buzzard on this wall, with the worst political crimes he's committed was divorcing his cancer-stricken wife. But he got a promotion to ultra-conservatism recently promoting a police state when he supported Singapore's stance for drug offenders and suggested implementing a similar policy here (spoiler alert: They execute them, no exceptions). This during a time when the Senate is trying to pass a bill to hold American citizens in military prisons for indefinite periods of time without trial. I don't want to blend the meanings of these laws because it will make me sound like a crazy person, but Dick Cheney's done worse on Scrabble Night. These laws WILL be abused before the ink dries.

EDIT: I forgot that Gingrich also wants to repeal the child labor laws.

RE-EDIT: Herman Cain as it turns out is terrible at damage control. He will most likely drop out, and if that happens, he will lose his membership as one of the four horsemen.

There are other goons in the GOP who are also bad, but nowhere near the absurdity of the above, who still manage to hold onto some popularity among supporters, who have to be high or outright dumb to support their policies and stances, but either way should not be allowed to drive or operate heavy machinery. The Republican Party has taken a swan dive off the cliff into solid concrete, and they will take the country with them. Sever the rope that binds them to us.

Not a Repub, but Democrats are nearly as bad, only they are better at public speaking.

Democrats are like a colony of ants: a firm disturbance causes them to scatter. A few will hold their ground, but it's like playing chicken with a tornado.

Republicans tend to stick together and hold their ground more than the democrats, and when they aren't united they're probably attacking each other. Either way, expect them to come out guns blazing with both guns still holstered.

Not all of them, but a good majority of them. Unfortunately the good eggs like Anthony Wiener and Barney Frank are getting weeded out. Alan Grayson is still in the Senate, but I'm not sure for how long.

that is true, but with the few good ones leaving, and the general public just eating the propaganda like a bay being spoon feed, the comings days are bleak
