So, the last few months have been relatively rough for me. Just last month i had to deal with a fraud hold on my bank account which then caused my rent to be late which in turn led to an eviction notice. After contacting the office about the issue, i was able to make my payment and have the eviction file withdrawn only to later be notified about an audit inspection. The audit inspection was rough considering it meant i had to not only unpack my things again, which i had packed up due to the eviction notice, but also had to make the apartment spotless. Part of making the apartment in proper working order for the inspection meant having maintenance issues reported so that they could be taken care of pre-inspection. Problem here is I had already been hounding the workers in the leasing office to get someone to fix my dishwasher that was not draining for at least half a month by this time AND the previous work order i put in was marked as resolved even though nobody had shown up to fix it and the work order before that did not even show up on record. Luckily my apartment was not one of those randomly chosen for inspection because it was not until weeks after the inspection had taken place that they came and attempted to fix the stuck motor, then it clogged again and took even longer to get someone on it and actually fix the clogging problem.
This month I had a family emergency and had to rent a car because my roommate's vehicle is not in good enough shape to commute outside of San Antonio (where i live). Being under 25 and renting a car costs SO MUCH MORE than it should because many young people are careless or reckless when they drive rentals. Now i am looking at having to ration my food somewhat sparingly this much and having to play catch-up next month with my finances. I WILL be fine, but it has been rough and I wanted to explain why i have been relatively inactive.
I apologize to anyone who may be watching me and anticipating my usual monthly music track or cover art and to any other expectations i have not met.
On a positive note: I just uploaded a new track titled Genesis 1 and it uses sounds from an emulated sega genesis/megadrive soundcard along with fl studio's typical modern resources to make an unique sound. hope everyone likes it.
