and I decided we'd save up for the awesomest trip ever next summer throughout Europe, for which we're beginning to save from this month until then.
We'll be announcing this every month so new watchers and old ones whose circumstances change will remember :3
This is the route we'll take. We already have hotel reservations in each of those cities, but the great thing would be if somebody from them (or nearby) could host us. That'd allow us to save hotel expenses, and maybe spend 2 nights instead of one on each city so we could know it better and meet more furs!
The trip will start in august, have its middle spot in Eurofurence on august 31st, so the next stages will be in september.

I'll finally live on my own next year and I would gladly let you stay at my home then but it's too bad that Leipzig, Berlin and Magdeburg are all too far away from me :( still, sounds like you'll see alot of europe, quite nice ^^

We furs in Hungary tend to plan some sort of a holiday together, a week at the Balaton or some other lake. We don't know yet when (and if) the next one will happen, so I'm just telling that this kind of thing does exist ^^

We were about to add Budapest to the trip, but in the end we thought it'd be too far east for us. And that sounds cool! We still gotta know if there will be one-day passes on EF, as we won't have enough budget for the whole stay there.

They don't usually tend to do that, unfortunately. The con fee itself isn't too much, but of course it's a bit steep if you only stay one day or two.
You don't have to stay in the Hotel of course. There's a youth hostel right next street where you can stay for ~24 euros or so per person, little more in a double room. www.jugendherberge-in-magdeburg.de Just make sure you get a room early, you only have to pay the deposit at the latest 1 month before the beginning of your stay, and you can cancel freely before that time. Breakfast is included.

Yea, If you were to come to the USA, Louisville would be a good city to explore, being one of the biggest cities in the united states. Or Indianapolis. I could be your tour guide ;p and possibly have a place to stay. But I would rather you guys go to Europe ;p

We're both, actually xD Always up for sightseeing or for crazy party, sometimes both in the same day! xD But if we're going to a fur's or a fur is going to be our guide, we'll of course adapt to what we're said or told ^^ And yeah, I know how dorm rooms are xD But if you could find us a really cheap place to spend a night in berlin (50 per a double room or less, but that is not a piece of trash xD) then we'd be really grateful! And thanks already for offering to be our guide, we'll note that down! :D

well....i can give you a tour through the nicest places in berlin, and a nice party night afterwards.....there are very nice clubs in berlin...depends on the music you like^^
the hotel prices prety much depend on the month...on traveling seosen the prices can be pretty high. i always liked the "insor" ...a hostel, pretty near to a good party location...prices around 40-50€ for a double room. and as far as i know it's pretty gay-friendly (i was there multiple times with my ex)...but maybe i find something less pricy^^
[edit] and when you go to leipzig, don't miss the "Absintherie Sixtina" .....and try the "Gothicsinth"...a veryveryvery delicious absinth (90% alc)....

not sure on the hosting, we only have a spare single bed and it is full of junk, though most furs are known to be stackable! would be nice to meet some one new though, we have regular fur meets up here.
