Sounds like the only thing you can do is to contact the person that made the accounts. They don't seem to care if you are, or wanted to be known as Baginazard...

dA has always been hard for users to accomplish anything in regards to moderator interference just because of the 'sheer' size of it. Alot of art and able to show your stuff around, but troubles follow it like a madhouse.

Could it be possible for you to take over the account, using the ownership of the name "BAGINAZARD" as an excuse, as a copyright or trademark violation?

Either way, this frustration appears incredibly frustrating.

If someone else gets it before you do, why are you automatically entitled to take it from them? Popularity with high places I guess.. figures. Rightfully yours indeed, because YOU say so over someone else? Because your better and deserve it? Pretty high about yourself it sounds. Just some constructive crit to swallow there.

The difference is that the account was made with the intent of taking the name so He could not use it.
Perhaps you didn't know this because, perhaps you didn't read the full, original version of this when it all started a while ago.

Tricksta, all you can do for now is claim ownership of artworks that you actually made (and putting them up on one gallery). Ownership of accounts is a different issue, and should not really conflict at all UNLESS that guy begins claiming to everyone that he's you. Nonetheless, there's nothing much you can do if he hasn't done his move yet.

Though one thing's for certain, the BAGINAZARD account here on IB has a Paypal account connected to it, and he could use it to scam other people into thinking they're donating to you. That's one legal issue you can at least bring up to the admins.

(Also, to the two people above me who are STILL arguing, take it to PMs before this gets too drastic.)

me (and others) would probably best appreciate it if the arguing of SnowTaradien and Zippo are deleted. It's fairly pointless, and raises my own hackles by just having to skim over it, let alone read them to see if maybe, just maybe, they could have touched upon the subject in this journal entry. If you decide to delete them, please remove this comment as well, as it will no longer apply. Other than that.....
I only had an account on DA for 2 months, and after my account was hacked, I never heard back from them. Same with FA, though that account was empty, and I could care less. The larger a site gets, the less the admin can or will spare time to help someone out. It Aint fair. It aint right. But that's the way it is. Nature of the beast. best of luck to you anyway, man.

If I may offer up some advice. Yes i know i might get some criticism for this, but why not put your lucky or favorite numbers on "Baginazard" or maybe some prefix or other addition to the name? I understand that u must be very upset and if there is anyway to help i will do my best but is it really worth this drama over just a name. It is true that names can be trademarked but that must be registered from what i am reading http://www.uspto.gov/smallbusiness/trademarks/register....

But as regarding to a solution, i would be more than happy to try and talk to the guy owning the account. I dont like what he has done and it is rude to do it on purpose.

So if there is anything i can do Tricksta just let me know

and please everyone else u may criticize me but no insults here. It is rude and childish.

That right there was the point of my first comment, crit even stated right in it, and Mr. SnowTard took it personally dishing out insults where none was needed, but I brushed it off and went into Skyrim, fuck'em, gots dark brotherhood contracts to fulfill... Hail Sithis!

Trying to sic us on the DA admin will not only NOT help you, it will probably get you blacklisted and possibly banned from using their service under *any* name.

There's really nothing that can be done here.

Lovely thing to come online to, find out someone-is so obsessed with you-that their steeling one of your user-names just because they don't want you to have-it.
