I noticed that somebody has made Source film maker version of my Cynder model so if you feel like messing around with her there you can download the model from this crappy site: http://www32.zippyshare.com/v/qVH401RV/file.html (DON'T CLICK ANY STUPID ADS THE SITE MAY OPEN) I tested it quickly and it seems to work quite nicely. Even shapekeys and stuff work so you can open her holes etc. Animating there seems to be rather tedious though. :O

Oh and since people seem to be very interested in Judy Hopps model: She has now been resculpted and I'm starting to retopo the model at some point in the near future. Got a lot to do so it's going to take a while.

Also random question.. Have you or do you plan to upload other models that you've used as well from older animations? (Like Spyro, Flygon and Latios, etc)

Hello. Nope I no longer use 3ds max and those old ones were made there. Except the new spyro version that I never finished. Also if you mean importing them to SFM then it's another nope as I don't know how to use it and didn't convert this one either.

Hi. Nope I don't think it will work as it's converted for use in a game engine. You could probably convert my original Cynder model from Blender though. ( https://inkbunny.net/submissionview.php?id=584118 ) Export it as fbx and it might work in maya. Or it might not. Dunno. Haven't tried. You probably have to at least fix the rig.

One additional thing you may have to do is flipping green channel in the normal map. (or some other channel if green doesn't work. Nice to see you got most problems sorted out. For holes I used shapekeys controlled by drivers (movement or scaling of the control objects modifies shapekey's value. Shapekeys are extremely simple in blender but not so easy in Maya if I remember correctly.
