...It wasn't limited-time, GW just doesn't really support it anymore. You can still download the rules/buy rulebooks and they still sells the models on GW and Forgeworld's websites.

Most of the forgeworld ones are models of ones already in the normal books, adn the rest can be found in the Imperial Armour books (which can easily be downloaded)
