Life is Rough...Art is Slow

Long story short:

Father in law is back in the cardiac ICU. Small infection in his heart, but something else is going on and he's back to being a disoriented angry man who they can't handle properly. He was a POW in vietnam, so he gets flashbacks and huge claustrophobia. They decided that the best way to deal with a man in a flashback would be to have armed security guards attempt to restrain him. So he's in the cardiac ICU because his blood pressure went too high and they're afraid it damaged his heart further (remember he has congestive heart failure from earlier this year). They're also afraid that the blood pressure spike caused brain damage, because he's being very not-himself. So I'm spending a lot of time with my mother in law, trying to be a comforting presense.

Our pipes corroded to the point where when we got a clog last week, it was because the pipes were nearly corroded through. Them unclogging the pipes caused the pipes to reach critical and turn into a leaky sieve. So we have no water to our kitchen until monday. The plumber screwed up this past friday, so we had water coming up from under the seals to the bathtub and out from under our kitchen cabinets.

With our new medical insurance I can't afford the three times a week therapy it would take to make my legs stop hurting so much because of lipodema.

I'm on pain medicine that makes it easier to cope with the pain that has become constant, but my doctor doesn't want me to stay on those meds.

I lost my littlest snake, Noodle, to mouth rot, and now his tank sits empty.

My kitchen currently smells like disgusting rot.

I've got artist block to the point of wanting to throw art supplies at the walls.

Yeah. That's how things are right now.

Sorry for delays on art.  I'm working on getting back to work, but right now...right now I have no inspiration, ability, or just TIME to sit and work.
