This is just a friendly notice that due to infractions on behalf of FA, their staff, and their Terms of Service which lack clarity, your Fursona has been made in 3D. It will now be used in art at the creators convenience in manners, situations, and details with the same disregard and disrespect that has been given to the creator and their gallery. The resulting art is in no way, shape, or form any representation of any real life intent, nor will it even be in regards to the same. These are just fan arts with your character in situations you will have no say in.
The infracting rule as you likely know is in regards to your ToS 2.5 rule.
"Content that was not made explicitly by you that is used as part of your submission (such as free-to-use lineart, backgrounds, or royalty-free content) must cite its original source and be used with permission from the copyright holder."
Do note how there is no mention in writing for everyone of the following: 1. How it should be cited 2. Where it should be cited 3. What constitutes a proper citing or another part: 4. If an artist made their own models or morphed them, how are they to cite them?
All of the supposed facts about clarity are just implied rules and not stated facts for everyone directly in the Terms of Service.
Excluding the Krystal Fox and Renamon models, all of the other models are impossible to be morphed from any base models currently available in any Poser series that was in my gallery. It was therefore assumed with no factual evidence that they were copywritten or otherwise stolen from others.
I have tried working with Chase, AsiaNeko, and was ignored by Dragoneer to explain my case but they were hearing none of it and could only focus on making sure they made an example out of me. I therefore was forced to make Fender, Dragoneer, Chase, and AsiaNeko's models and will do as I see fit with them, with or without permission. I have nothing more to lose on this website and will make sure to make an equal example out of it, as they have with me.
FurAffinity has done this to themselves and has made the fandom look bad with their pick and choose ignorance to the point where many upcomming furries are ashamed they would even consider pursuing their fandom careers. FurAffinity is also now the laughing stock of NMSU-A campus because of their Terms of Service, which has caused far more strife than should ever have been considered. As mentioned, if this is how the Fandom wants to also be known as, then so be it. It is not bad enough the world thinks us as perverted, child molesting nerds with a craze for beastiality sex and sexual deviations - let us add more ammunition for the world to throw at us; arrogance, ignorance, pick and choose draconian, and hypocricy.
It has been a fun run on FA and I thank you for your time. I know this letter will be thrown aside as "someone just raging" and I know FA won't change, but I am treating the administrators with the same due respect they did with me and warning them about my intentions and giving them a chance to change their policies; even though it is futile.

They really are terrible administrators. It'd be merely annoying if they were strict, but the fact they're inconsistent, ambiguous, and just plain dickish earns them two middle fingers from a lot of users who might otherwise sing their praises.
Like, it's not enough to delete cub art that's been up for years. They make artists go through and censor themselves - knowing if they underdo it, there will be punishment for perceived disobedience. And spamming the same "hey I'm streaming" sketch every single goddamn day is hunky-dory, either because there's only one version up at a time, or because the turnaround for abuse reports is half a year. But if you try to post a cropped thumbnail and link to art the site won't host, that's instantly verboten, even if you remove the link... despite the absence of any rule against cropped artwork, or against links to your other galleries.
They're stupid assholes. There's no other way to approach them. They're vindicative, incompetent, and petty, and at their very very best, they're still worse than Inkbunny's staff at their very worst.
