I was originally planning on writing a fairly lengthy journal post about where I've been and why I haven't been active much at all lately, then I remembered no-one really has the time to hear me wax lyrical over my own life, so I decided to condense the sitrep into easy, bitesize chunks.
I've not had a computer for a while, to the point of it not being easily replaced. I started and completed an Access course at college, in preparation for university. I got a job, then had to quit because the stress was bad for my health. My doctor said I should think about seeing someone about my self-esteem or something, and now in just under three weeks I'm going to be starting my animation course at uni.
I've wanted to keep up with my art, but I simply haven't been able to, due to a combination of factors, including some of the things I already listed. I plan on doing at least a sketch a day from now on, and hopefully a coloured picture every week. I probably won't upload every single sketch, but this does mean I'm going to try and have more of a presence online from now on.
To those of you still interested in my art and stuff, thanks. It does feel nice that at least someone cares about an unknown like me.
