UPDATE ON MASTERCHEF!

Okay, so I re-checked the website where they are going to be putting up the application... Should I get on the show, I'd end up having to leave the site for up to 6 weeks between February and April of next year. It all depends on how far I make it. The casting calls, as far as I can guess, probably won't happen until November. I know you can submit a video, which I intend to do as well as attend the Casting Call (as it might help my chances), and that is due by December 11th. So It seems like I have a little bit more time, but I am still looking for any and all assistance with cooking. Any advice, recipes, or anything else, PLEASE message me. I need all the help I can get to really get on this show.

Wish I knew how to cook but i'm just reg when it comes to food.I like about anytype of stuff and adding something else to give it that extra twist.Wish you well and i'll be watching for you too.Hugs

Oooohhh, I made the best cube steak the other night. Just looked at my spices, pulled out some Montreal steak seasoning, and I got some Worcestershire sauce. Mmmm. Sprinkled allot of the seasoning on the cube steak, then poured on the sauce. Flipped it over, and repeated. Had to add some water to keep it moist, but besides that it turned out very nice. It had so much flavor for just throwing it together real quick. Might also work for other types of steak, but cube steak seemed to absorb the flavor really good because it's well... cube steak.
