I suggest Pizza, a couple bottles of the strongest drink you can handle (be it alcohol or pop... For me, Crush Lime and Mountain Dew do the trick), and a hillarious DVD (might I recommend Due Date or Man on the Moon). But... That's my solution for pretty much every event worth celebrating.
