Where I've been!

Lately, it's been busy. I've been doing a lot of stuff and finding like, no time to really chill and relax. A lot of it has been hardcore job searching. And, with little surprise my time job searching has been...mmm...I think the best way to describe it is dismal. So far here in Chicago, 4 failed spots so far, but I'm still searching. I may just apply at Over 21 Adult bookstore. x3 Get a job in the sex franchise, that'll be fun.

Also, I was invited to my first MLB game ever. It was actually kinda fun if you look past your childhood favorite team, and only one you ever cared about in baseball get murdered by another. No biggie, I spent it with my girlfriend and her father's friends, who invited us to see it with them. It turned out, all in all, to be a very not bad experience.

And then yesterday I had the fun of going to an open house at the New School of Massage. And that. Was. Awesome. Really, it was just us sitting there for 3 hours while the owner of the school just talked about stuff and we answered questions. The more I was there, the more I wanted to go on. I'm gonna try to get this Sally Mae business sorted out so I can clear my name and owe nothing, which, my bank says they can definitely help me handle that. And right after, nab a student loan from there and start school. The even better part i that if I DO nab that loan, I'm getting a new laptop with it, no doubt.

I seriously suggest avoiding a loan. Get a grant and go to a community college or something, dude. Loans you have to pay back; grants are literally free money. More often than not you'll have enough left over after buying all your books and tuition to afford a laptop or something. If you're having money issues now, though, I can assure you they will only get exponentially worse after taking out a loan.

I can very much agree with this right here. I know loads of people that are still playing out school loans after already graduating many years later.

And I don't see why you shouldn't apply at the bookstore. It is still a job after all. Though just don't get to distracted working there. ;3
