Vignette

So, an interesting point has been brought to my attention...

As of this time, there are only two authors on InkBunny: me, and

Awesome. Let's see how long it lasts before another one joins the arena. lol

Anyway, I've considered doing Vignettes along with what I do now.

See, personally, I want to write full-blown novels with all the luscious erotica I can give it. If anything it makes me feel like a big-shot porn director, having a literary movie. It also gives me something solid to help me on my way up.

But I feel that a novel stretches out into more of a story and the sex is only scenes with no real cohesion to the story (save for fun things I found on TV but those are real hard to execute smoothly).

To me, it just doesn't feel right. I like to have an initial focus. I like to think of the "amateur" videos, where they only last a few minutes, but everything I need is there.

That, and it takes an unnecessarily long time to edit a novel, as I've tried, with no real direction of story to mix with porn at the same time.

That's why I make these short stories instead. They're small, have a background story, and leave the erotic impression I intend to make, akin to how our Furry artists draw out one image that has some background but the work is focused in the erotic stuff.

Alas, as small as my works are, I'm looking to do Vignettes too. They're even smaller, and it's akin to illustrating the one frame an artist could draw too, only in words and with little-no level of background; instead of some level of story. I feel it's a good way to jog my writing and keep people interested in reading what I got to offer. If anything, it's more like going back to drawing again.

In short and metaphor... I want to make big-budget films (novels), but will need some serious care in coming with something good of it. Until then, I make amateur/shorts videos (short stories), and to couple up with that, I'm going to take pornographic photographs and artwork (vignettes).

Consider my literary porn studio open for business. lol

By the way... What happened to that other InkBunny logo? I like both of them, and it'd be cool to have a setting to switch between the two.
