Dear Inkbunny

Sorry for the lack of updates, but it would appear I cannot upload any sales files - at all - despite my best efforts in the past week.

You know they're on the bottom of the page with all the other files now, right?

What browser? And don't put double-hypens in the names! They're the sign of Satan!

Also, you might need Javascript enabled (though if you do, I would consider that a bug . . .).

Double hyphens?  Why would they be a problem?  Besides introducing a comment in SQL — which shouldn’t be a problem if you sanitise user input…

Bingo! We found and fixed this during testing but I don't know exactly what was done to fix it, so I thought it would be best to avoid them if they were being used.

Tsk tsk then.  Always use placeholders and always, always de-taint user input :I

I don't use double hyphens in the name at all. The filenames should be like fox.png or nimz.png and stuff. :/

Eep! Definitely would like to help you there. Let me know what it's doing! (Or not doing).

Whenever I try to upload the larger PNG files for prints it takes ages then after say 15 minutes, flicks to a blank page. :/ The upload is not completed but the submission is initiated and sits in my subs with just the free file. And as I said above, the names are simple for the images (no weird punctuation etc) and file sizes are the same as I've been using the past while.

Could I get a copy of one of the files so I can test it? If I can make the same error happen for me then I'll be able to fix it faster. Do you only upload the hi res PNGs into the "Sales File" section at the bottom of the file manager? How big are the hi res PNGs? We'll get to the bottom of this!
