GDI Cat

I love my cats, their the best pets I had so far, with my former pets being rats.
my male cat is a little over a year old and he recently started catching mice and hes darn good at it. A couple of days ago he came in with 3 in around 6 hours timespan. He played around with the last 2 so I saved those and released them back into the wild the next day (lucky mice).

Then today I woke up at around 7 am and behold I wake up to a dead mouse right beside my fucking pillow -.- Yeah you sure are talented stupid fucking cat....

That's a cat's way of showing affection.

The cat is trying to take care of you by feeding you.  Your kitty loves you.  Expect more 'presents'.

so considerate, I gave him his present back near his food bowel and he ate it afterwards.

Usually it is better to simply kill a mouse (or bird) after it was vicitm of a cat attack.
Firstly the cat's saliva is slightly poisonous (and full of lethal germs). Small prey does not have high chances surviving more than a few days after it has been in kitties mouth, even if it did not really injure it.
Also the stress the little thing experiences during the attack, is very bad for the health (both mental and physical).

the ones I released were in good health I had them in a cage for 24 hours before releasing them to see if they were fit, otherwise I would have fed them to the cat.

Well maybe they really are very lucky mice.

Our kitties solved our mice issues. I think the mice finally realized "You have 4 kitties. Screw this. Were going elsewhere". Only even saved one.

its not even normal mice, its some version that doesnt climb trees and only runs around on the ground, or I at least think because their tail is really short.
