I did this out of sheer boredom and it ended up taking hours to decide. I went through a list of all 600+ pokemon and chose my personal top 20.
THIS IS NOT A BEST POKEMON LIST.
These are my personal favorites based on 3 things, I just like them, They are very sexy to me, or they are usefull in battle which is probably the one that matters the least in this list since I like some pretty weak pokemon, but some of them are good in battle. Your list may be different and I don't mind that this is all a matter of personal preference. okay let's get started

20 furret (Just so cute)
19 Tyranitar (Bad ass and powerfull)
18 weezing (I have a thing for pokemon that can explode)
17 Solrock (same reason)
16 Gothorita (Was one o my Fave gen 5 pokemon in my playthrough)
15 Foretress (KABOOOOOM!)
14 Starmie (was one of my fave pokemon in my gen 1 team)
13 Riolu (FUCKING CUTE!!!!)
12 Leafeon (Same reason and I like most of the eevees)
11 Groudon (my personal Fave legendary, just cuz he is so cool lookin)
10 Flygon (Cute, and fave dragon type)
9 Zangoose (sexy, badass, fave normal type)
8 Sandile & Krokkorok (I just think they look awesome so they tie)
7 Serperior (My fave final evolution for a starter)
6 totodile (Fave starter of them all, first pokemon I got to lv100 fairly)
5 Vulpix (how could I not have a fox pokemon on this list, plus is uber cute)
4 Vaporeon (Fave calssic eevee, and I would fuck it hard so smooth and wet)
3 Lucario (just...just so awesome and sexy....)
now these lst two were soooo hard to pick between in my opinion # 1 is just barely my more faveorite
2 Houndoom (in my opinion the most badass and sexy pokemon)
1 Espeon (Is a pokemon very close to my heart, is just so cute and is my fave color, and has saved my ass in plenty of battles, if I could be any pokemon ever it'd be an espeon)
