Have You Ever Beaten Blue Sphere Game?!

Now I know I always say I have beaten almost every single Sonic game, but one of the games I couldn't beat, and I'm ashamed to say it due to being a huge fan of it, is Blue Sphere.

It's not that the game is difficult or not fun, because it's way too easy and extremely fun, it's addictive, but it's just endless, no matter how many levels you beat it just keeps going on and on.

When I first played it and learned about the perfect system and how it skips levels I was like (fuck this, I ain't gonna perfect levels and skip others, I wanna play the whole damn thing) but then I realized how long the game really is so skipping levels ain't so bad, even by perfecting levels to skip others I still couldn't beat that game, it's one of the few Sonic games I couldn't 100%

Really? It came with Sonic & Knuckles (if you lock Sonic 1 with it), it also came with Sonic Jam, Sonic & Knuckles Collection, Sonic Mega Collection (Plus), and Sonic & Knuckles on Wii VC (you need to buy Sonic 1 to unlock it).

The only time they released Sonic & Knuckles with the lock-on but not Blue Sphere was Sonic Classic Collection which I'm gonna assume is what you got?

I assume what you played was Sonic Classic Collection on DS, which has them all except for Blue Sphere (and the spin offs).

Hmm... Sounds like an illegitimate copy then, yeah they were popular back then, I had one that included many PC games, including Sonic CD, Sonic 3D Blast, Sonic R, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, and both SEGA Smash Pack, as well as other PC games by SEGA and other companies.

Yeah I see, still if the disc had Sonic and Knuckles Collection then you should have got "Blue Sphere" only titled "Sonic Special Stages" instead.

To be fair the only special stages I really hate are the ones in Sonic 1, in before Sonic 4 Episode 1 for adding a time limit and rings count.

From the Sonic Retro Wiki -

"Blue Sphere (also known as No Way! after the message on the title screen) is the game created by utilizing the Lock-On Technology in Sonic & Knuckles in conjunction with any game but the full game is unlocked when using Sonic the Hedgehog. It is a compilation of "Special Stages" in the same style (and engine) of the ones featured in Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic & Knuckles with a total of 134,217,728 levels in all. However, after level 128,016,000 some of the previous levels begin to reappear. After completing all 134,217,728 stages it restarts from the beginning. "
