So, where am I, then? Ashland, Oregon- My first time in the state of Oregon, in spite of having lived relatively close state border for my entire 48 years... :O

And yes, "squirreltown"- Squirrels are a common theme around here... :O Squirrels everywhere!

Unusually liberal town for its small size, extra-friendly people (I've read that they themselves don't think they are, but I found otherwise), squirrels and squirrel-related stuff everywhere, once you get past the big tourist draw, the 8-month-long Shakespeare Festival, cheap gas, very good food... Did I mention the squirrels? :)

I wouldn't mind returning, someday... :)
