Yeah perfect solution. "If we don't like it, DMCA it." Yeah MS that will get you no where fast. This is the kind of crap people that were against the passage of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act were and still are afraid of. Sure the DMCA was clearly meant to help protect the intellectual property content creators by making it easier to enforce copyright laws. As an artist I can understand the noble means of this law. But the way the damn law is poorly written it can and has been exploited as a means to stifle freedom of speech and the free flow of information. Such as the example mention in the article.
