Enemies in the Animal Kingdom

(Don't worry, there's actual content on the way =P)

You know how when you're about to go to bed, you tend to over-think things? Well last night, I was thinking of all the creatures in the animal kingdom that hate me, (or love only my blood) and I of course hate them right back. So in my head I started coming up with a top ten enemies in the animal kingdom, so, starting at my #1 arch-enemy that wasn't even on my list a month ago..

1.   Yellowjacket
2.   Deerfly
3.   Fireant
4.   Tick
5.   Goose
6.   Mosquito
7.   Flea
8.   Gnat
9.   Fruitfly
10. Red wasp

I don't know if I'll be able to produce a full ten, but I'll give it a shot...

1.  Human Beings
2.  Yellowjackets
3.  Fire Ants
4.  Carpenter Ants
5.  Hornets
6.  Cockroaches
7.  Gnats
8.  Mosquitoes

...And that's all I can think of for right now.  Sorry it wasn't a full 10, but hey, at least I got a majority going, so that's good.

1. Wasps - Bloody bastards are willing to sting you over and over again and have nothing to contribute to life.
2. Yellowjackets - See above, but at least these guys pollinate.
3. Hornets - They fly and have stingers. That's enough.
4. Bedbugs - Motherfuckin' parasites.
5. Fire Ants - They bite and sting, with acid. And they just don't give up.
6. Carpenter Ants - As above, but no acid. I think.
7. Fleas - More parasites, with the annoying propensity to leap away when you think you have them.
8. Mosquitoes - Again, parasites, with the annoying propensity to buzz your ear.
9. Cockroaches - Just plain disgusting, but at least they don't attack you.
10. Gnats - I've hated these since I was a kid. Very hard to breathe in a cloud of 'em.
Dishonorable Mention: Spiders - I'm not arachnophobic, but when a spider climbs up into your bed like he owns the place and is demanding rent while you're laying there in your shorts, you tend to want to kill him.
...As an aside, a lot of these animal kingdom enemies seem to be bugs. XD

Hehe yesh, I don't mind sharing my space with most animals, but bugs have to prove their worth. Yellowjackets, I don't think they pollinate, do they? I think they hunt and scavenge just like other wasps. Roaches were on my list at first, and yeah the big ones can bite you if they want to. I had one nom my foot when I was a kid sitting on a toilet. They'd be higher than red-wasps, except for the wasps' tendency to make their nests as close to me as possible.
