Inkbunny uploading problems?

by
Is anyone else having a hard time submitting art to Inkbunny? My files are not that large, anywhere from 150kb-350kb, and yet the uploader gets stuck on 'initializing' forever, or it skips to 'uploader ready' even though I select a file and hit upload.

I've been having a hard time and it takes me 30+ min just to successfully upload a single file! I'm running a DSL connection so it's not like my 'net is terribly slow. Is there some maintenance going on behind the scenes that's causing this?

I don't have any issues uploading. IB was down for maintenance for a short while yesterday.

I haven't been getting that problem personally, and I upload multi-megabyte files often.

you should upload larger files :O I'd try another browser. Also if you're using firefox, add-ons like Noscript could be affecting things too. And of course, if you have firewall/virus protection, try putting them in "gamer mode" or disable them and try to upload then. If you're using IE 64-bit.... stop lol.

I'm using Safari on a 4 year old Macbook Pro. I tried IB at my best friend's house last night (Verizon FiOS internet) and at my place (DSL) and sometimes it uploads fast, other times it's woefully slow or it times out. I think high res files would make it even worse!

I'm being selfish because I would love your high-res artwork. I'm usually a Mac user myself, but have you tried Firefox? You might have different results. It's worth a shot. Other than that, I'm stumped :<

Hm. Go ahead and open a trouble ticket with all the detail you have, and we can see if the problem is something that can be easily fixed. We did recently change servers with the same hosting provider, so sometimes there may be surprises.

I also enabled bulk uploads, so if you want to just upload a whole bunch of stuff, you can zip it up and drop it in one big chunk.

With Safari, no. :/ I am instead using Firefox to upload to IB since Safari keeps timing out for some reason.
